Calories is a major thing either lose or gain weight.
Increase 8000 kcal inside body will gain 1kg. Maybe its looks very big number but do we know how much calories we take everyday?
For example:
Breakfast: Nasi lemak + Telor mata kerbau + Teh Tarik = 541 kalori
Snek: Karipap 3 biji (390 kalori) + Teh O (20 kalori) = 410 kalori
Lunch: Nasi 3 cawan (420 kalori) + Ayam kari (250 kalori) + Dalca Sayur setengah cawan (150 kalori) + Air Tembikai (80 kalori) = 900 kalori
High-tea: Kopi susu (120 kalori) + Popia Goreng 3 biji (390 kalori) = 510 kalori
Dinner: Nasi 3 cawan (420 kalori) + Ikan Tenggiri Masak Merah (142 kalori) + Kangkong goreng belacan (120 kalori) = 682 kalori
Total (541 + 410 + 900 + 510 + 682) = 3043 kalori.
What happend if we eat all kind of this food in 365days?
Normal men burn 2500 calories but eat 3043 calories per day so balance 543 calories everyday will save as FAT. 543 X 365 day = 198, 195 calories per year. Every 8000 calories will gain 1kg weight. SO EVERY YEAR OUR WEIGHT WILL INCREASE 24.77kg!! (198,195 / 8000)
