Each time starting of year always we start our goal.
How about know we start our goal starting of month? maybe late for a day or two but not to late..
I already started my journey on Wednesday(1 April 2009).My current weight is 93kg with height 177cm that make my Body Mass Index (BMI) is 29.68 therefor my BMI class is OVERWEIGHT!!

BMI = [weight(kg)/(height x height)(metre)]
Normal (18.5 - 24.9 BMI)
Overweight (25 - 29.9 BMI)
Obese Class I (30 - 34.9 BMI)
Obese Class II (35 - 39.9 BMI)
Obese Class III (greater than 40 BMI)
My goal is to be in normal class with my BMI is 21.7 means my weight must be 68kg. So i have to lose 25kg to reach my goal.To lose weight with safe & healthy and the most important is not gain weight, we must set to lose around maximum 1-2kg per week. if more we can take it a bonus.
So if anyone interested to join my journey its my pleasure and maybe we can share some tips and experience.For the 1st tips is to apply this 3 ways...
1] Don't eat much
2] Change eating habits
3] Do exercise
